Earth oven, and open fire cooking are part of our traditional and cultural lifestyle. This space is dedicated to making, sharing and appreciating the process of slow cooking, salad bowls and soup (and other things). Initially this category was designed specifically for salad lovers but some of our loyal readers said NOPE! "We want this category to explore a range of dishes". Gosh, you all are making us work here! :). Eating home grown vegetables and buying some from the local markets are part of our everyday lifestyles; burning a bit of skin from open fire cooking or stepping on some hot earth oven stones are precious memories we've held dear to our hearts.
